Earlier this month, I placed an online order for lunch during the work week. It's been a years since I've been to RL, and this was my first visit to the Paramus Rt. 17 location. Easy to get there and park in the lot. When I walked in, I saw the pick-up area by the bar. The hostess saw me and helped me out right away. She was super friendly and welcoming. She found my order, handed it to me, and wished me a great day and to enjoy the meal. It felt genuine and that's really important with customer service. I got the 'Shrimp Your Way' with grilled shrimp, crispy dragon shrimp, and crispy brussels sprouts. It was good. I also ordered those cheddar bay biscuits (honestly that's what I really wanted). The smallest size is half dozen, so I ended up having biscuits for a few of days to snack on. lol.

Always a good experience when I come here. Had the lobster feast and crab dip appetizer. Service was great and server was very attentive.

Raise your hand if you're an early eater! I ate lunch at about 12:15, and there were probably just two or three parties in the restaurant. I was seated immediately by the host, and the waitress came by in a quick minute --- shout-out to server Paula. My socials have been bombarded with ads for Red Lobster's "Ultimate Endless Shrimp" --- so I knew I just had to go one of these days. My first round of shrimp were Crispy Dragon Shrimp, Garlic Shrimp Scampi, and Coconut Shrimp. For my two sides I got some DELICIOUS Brussel sprouts, along with the recommendation of the waitress, some orzo rice. As my order was being processed, Paula brought over some warm Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits. Yes there were 6 in there....yes, I ate all of them and asked for a refill. First round came out --- everything was hot + fresh to order. Of the first 3 types of shrimp --- the winner was definitely the garlic shrimp scampi, followed by the coconut shrimp, and surprisingly last (!), were the Crispy Dragon Shrimp. They were - mid -. Second round: Double order of Garlic Shrimp Scampi, and an order of Shrimp Linguini Alfredo. The scampi, again, NEVER FAILS TO SATISFY. The Alfredo --- on the other hand --- was alright. It was fresh, but didn't satisfy me like the other kinds of shrimps available. Service was excellent. Food was fresh, and I was early enough --- atmosphere was 100% pleasant. Would definitely recommend!
